Rhian Smith Price – Candidate Consultant: Going from one potential placement to 4 and being promoted. Also becoming our D&I champion and presenting to the company!”

I have gained so much valuable knowledge and insight in Operations and Supply Chain. I’ve had the chance to be trained and coached in Business Development too.”

Helen Goold – Non-Executive Director: “Seeing the business pretty much achieve the ambitious goals we set a year ago – growing from 9 to 15 heads and achieving almost £2m revenue in only our 3rd year. Completing the L&D programme so we now have a full suite of modules across delivery, process management & BD; and New York as the fabulous icing on the cake!”

Dave Cumming – Business Development Director: “Seeing the sales team embrace selling the KPI based approach as a differentiator. Celebrating success together in New York and pretty much seeing revenues double every year since being here. Lastly, catching up with both my mother and in-laws in Australia this year.”

Ollie Pearn – Principal Consultant: – “Setting the new record for the biggest deal in the company which then helped trigger my promotion to Principal Consultant.”

Sarun Gurung – Associate Consultant: “Making 3 placements so far and being promoted to Client Consultant.”

Julia Landstedt – Associate consultant: “Moving to London, getting a new job, learning about executive search, and being taken on a first search project for an OpEx role.”
