Rose Harper is our Marketing & Ops Associate at Morgan Latif, as part of the team she was lucky to experience an in depth personality profile analysis from ‘ Everything Disc’. She will be explaining the process and team results below.
I am proud to work for a company that at their core believes in the importance of always trying to be the best version of ourselves. To do this we should always strive to connect and work with our colleagues in the best, most effective way possible… This is why after hearing about ‘Disc’, our Business Development Director, Dave Cumming thought it would be fantastic for our team to partake in. Recently, in ‘Consultants Corner’ with Rose Harper on the Morgan Latif ‘Disc Analysis’, we explored new insights into improving team collaboration and effectiveness.
The team completed online individual assessment data to prepare for the analysis and enjoyed a workshop from Everything Disc. During the workshop, facilitators shared detailed profiles of each person’s personality type, workplace priorities, and preferences. We grouped individuals into dominant, influential, conscientious, or steady work styles, based on factors such as life experiences, education, and maturity. As we explored Consultants Corner, Rose Harper shared insights on connecting more effectively with colleagues who hold different priorities and preferences.
Overall, the team gave consecutive feedback that this was a fantastic workshop! It was an eye-opening experience to learn so much about ourselves and our colleagues that we see every day, from a different perspective. The Disc approach not only provides a fresh and innovative way of getting to know yourself and therefore be your best self, but also how to best work with colleagues who have different personality traits. Rose Harper enriched the discussion in the Consultants Corner session, offering deeper insights.
