Who we are and why we exist
We founded Morgan Latif on the belief that a search firm can offer a truly impactful service to its clients and candidates. We therefore want to empower our candidates, clients and employees to be the best versions of themselves and in turn do their best work.
We’ve assembled a multinational team who believe in empowering people as much as we do, and we hope that this about us page shows this.

Why are you different?
We founded the business on the belief we could offer our clients and candidates an impactful service. Therefore we offer a unique approach to executive search.
What regions do you cover?
We support clients looking to hire in Europe and USA predominantly, but some of our key clients have also engaged us for searches in Asia and South America.
What is your feedback process if I’m in a process for an ML role?
We always aim to follow up with feedback maximum 48 hours after an interview, submission of your CV (when requested by ML) or once you’ve engaged with an ML consultant.
What is the ML process to be presented to a client?
We always have 2 internal screening stages. Firstly with our researcher and then with the project leader for the search. The project leader will always provide feedback whether positive or negative and if positive will confirm your inclusion in the shortlist.
What roles do you typically cover?
We cover 3 main functions: Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Product Management), Operations (Plant Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Management, and Corporate (Strategy, Finance, HR).
Do you make confidential introductions to your network?
Yes. The value that we add as executive search consultants is we connect the right people with the right people. We open up our networks for the right candidates and do so always with prior approval and in a confidential and targeted manner.
What seniorities do you cover?
Our main focus is on leadership hiring typically director level and above. However, we do help clients and previous candidates we placed hire at more mid-level roles on multi-hire mandates.
How does a company with a London HQ serve the DACH region and other non-English speaking territories?
Ironically, the majority of work we do is outside of the UK. We mirror the footprints that our industries have hence the majority of our work takes us outside of UK borders. Luckily we are an international group and are well-versed to work with clients and candidates.
How diverse are you?
We have 17 different nationalities in our workplace and place a high value on being a diverse and inclusive workplace. We also have a 50/50 male-to-female ration in the business as well as multiple languages spoken throughout across 30 consultants.
Languages spoken at a business-fluency level include: English, German, French, Finnish, Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Lingala, Hindi and Italian.
As a further commitment on diversity we ensure every shortlist has at least one diverse candidate in it.
