Unique Search process:

  1. We assess candidates both on technical AND cultural fit, we have a data driven assessment tool to profile candidate culture fit in our clients developed in partnership with the British Olympic Commitee and British & Irish Lions, taking high-performing sports team theory into the business world.
  2. Video shortlists – we present candidate shortlists on a video platform where along with the candidate’s CV, interview notes against the brief and culture fit assessment report, the client sees a 3–5-minute video of each candidate answering tailored KPI questions to each client brief.
  3. Weekly search reports, so clients know where we stand and have transparency and visibility of our
    progress.

Alignment to KPIs – We identify key KPI’s for the hire, select candidates based on their transferable skills, not just their job titles which identifies candidates that other recruiters do not. We measure performance 12 months from the start and ask what does success look like?
