One of our global clients operating in the food sector is looking to hire a Regional Procurement Manager for their American organisation. This role will be a key player in the strategic development of an organisation that is in constant growth.

The Regional Category Manager supports the Regional Procurement Director, Global Category Managers, and acts as a link between them and the Local Buyer. They manage ongoing supplier performance in the region for global spend categories with regional input, aiming to maximize cost savings and procurement value. Expertise in supply market and category knowledge (Commodities, Ingredients and Raw Materials) is crucial for supporting strategic initiatives in global spend categories within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Regional input and procurement support: Assist Regional Procurement Directors and Global Category Managers in Strategic Sourcing activities, supplier evaluation and negotiation, and effective contract award decisions.
• Market analysis and category strategy: Analyse market conditions, supplier base, and key themes in the region. Contribute to the development of category strategies, including market assessment, bench marking, and defining segment strategies.
• Supplier relationship management (SRM): Drive supplier performance for key local and regional suppliers. Conduct supplier review meetings, leverage KPI scorecards, manage contract amendments, and lead sustainability initiatives in the region.
• Stakeholder management and digital ennoblement: Support Regional Procurement Directors and Global Category Managers in stakeholder engagement. Participate in digital procurement projects and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• A university or bachelor’s degree qualification is essential, and a recognized procurement qualification would be advantageous.
• Extensive experience in FMCG with a strong knowledge of the relevant spend area (Commodities, Ingredients)
• Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish language is essential
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, including business analysis and costing
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing
• Experience working with digital procurement platforms
• Strong cross-cultural skills, collaborating with cross-functional groups and teams based in different locations and time zones (Europe, Asia, and the Middle East)

They’re growing and searching for a Key Account Manager to join their Healthcare and Wellness division. This position will report to the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Healthcare and Wellness and will be responsible for managing key accounts within our medical customer base.

Responsibilities:

· Execute sales strategy.

· Identify customer opportunities aligned to current and future opportunities.

· Effectively sell the value proposition aligned to strategy.

· Present, propose and drive contract and price negotiations.

· Drive collaboration with internal capabilities in Business Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Product Management and Plant Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals in the UK for the group
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets particularly on margin improvement and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the region and wider group as well as bring in new clients
