The CTO will lead the strategy to centralise IT operations across 140 locations across North America. The role involves overseeing data migrations and integrations into the organisation’s newly adopted MS Azure platform from acquired entities. The CTO will own the entire IT function and collaborate with the two other divisions focused on analytics and ETL initiatives.

Current State:

Over the past 10 months, the company has transitioned from GCP to MS Azure, focusing on large-scale data migration to new SQL servers. Currently, an outsourced third party manages IT infrastructure, M&A projects, cybersecurity, and ticketing functions. The long-term strategy is to internalise/centralise these functions, build an in-house IT team, and better integrate analytics and IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• The CTO will design and execute healthcare IT strategies, oversee data migration and integration efforts, manage IT infrastructure, and grow the IT team.
• Ensuring systems meet regulatory and compliance standards is critical, as is managing vendor relationships (notably with Dell and IT consultancy partners) and optimising the IT budget—reducing reliance on outsourced vendors is a priority.
• Staying ahead of healthcare IT trends and evaluating system performance are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare or dental sector, with familiarity in practice management or EHR software.
• A solid background in cloud platforms, large-scale data migrations, DevOps, containerisation, and both open-source and proprietary programming languages is required.
• Expertise in ETL, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Azure SQL/ServiceNow is also essential.

This role is essential in driving a strong food culture and developing the tools needed to create a compelling innovation pipeline that aligns with both commercial goals and evolving consumer demands.

The Senior Vice President – America’s will lead the strategic and operational initiatives to drive organic growth and profitability across the region. This role is responsible for overseeing Operations, Sales, HR, and Business Development, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture that empowers managers and their teams. Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Vice President will be a critical member of the executive team, contributing to the global strategic direction of our client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
