A partnership to build a diverse, high-performing leadership team globally, for a Consumer Market Leader.

The Situation

Our client had recently undergone a leadership overhaul bringing in a new CEO and COO who both came from an international high-performance background.

Their existing search partner had failed to understand the new leadership profile required or to get under the skin of the cultural and high-performance nuances that were now so crucial to a successful hire.

Our Solution

Morgan Latif were initially approached with a request to find a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader APAC. We conducted a targeted search to present a well-qualified shortlist of 5 candidates in less than 3 weeks.

Using video technology, we were able to further showcase the candidates’ abilities and save time. 3 candidates were interviewed with 2 at final stage and a hire made successfully who remains with the organisation.

The Outcome

Over the past 3 years Morgan Latif has helped our client transform from an already successful market leader to an internationally diverse high- performance organisation.

We have successfully filled 91.4% of the searches we’ve been briefed on (with organisational changes accounting for some of the positions being closed or placed on hold), placing 28 leaders across Europe, N. America and Asia.

We have had a specific focus on supporting our client in diversifying their team with over 39% of placements being female leaders, all of whom are still in the organisation and performing to a high level.

However, at Morgan Latif we do not measure our success on simply getting a contract signed. We are proud to say 96% of the candidates we have placed are still at this company and making a significant impact.
