A partnership to build a diverse, high-performing team in the US, for a dental market leader.

The Situation:

Our client is a private equity-owned dental company, that relocated their US HQ leading to a
requirement to rebuild key parts of their team in the region.
The challenge they faced was that they had a stronger presence in Europe compared to the
USA and needed a specialist headhunting team to act as a brand ambassador for them to
bring excellent talent. These key hires were vital for implementing strategic processes and
initiatives as well as achieving growth ambitions within the region

The Solution:

Given our close relationship with the VP HR, we were able to provide a solution that matched their commercial ambitions, timescales and to enable them to attract talent that would be the right cultural fit to the organisation for our client.

Our approach was to act as a partner, offering them invaluable advice and market intelligence, as well as ensuring every candidate presented fitted culturally to the organisation by putting them through our unique cultural assessment tool. Ultimately we were able to bring in talent that had the skills to transform their commercial operations, finance and marketing teams.

The Outcome:

Over the last year working together, we have successfully placed candidates in the US market across the finance, commercial operations, sales and digital workflow functions, including one candidate that a
member of the executive team gave the feedback that “they were the best fitting candidate that they have ever hired in their career”. Through the process, we have built a close relationship with the client and candidates placed, and we are essentially acting as one team. We hope to continue a long-term partnership with the client and support them in their continued growth.
