A partnership to build a diverse, high-performing team in Europe, for a cables market leader.

The Situation:

Our client was going through an organisational transformation from a traditional organisational hierarchy to a matrix structure.

They were looking to bring global high-performance mindsets into the business, to fit with their global expansion plans.

The Solution:

We provided candidates who understood a family company mindset with a global presence. We used the company KPI’s to filter the right talent who understood a solution-selling approach within a global matrix
organisation.


We specifically targeted high-performing mid-size companies who have a hands on culture as this translated very well into our clients family-owned culture. We also targeted companies who have a product solution selling approach as our client’s portfolio was becoming more complex and customer-centric.

The Outcome:

The average shortlist delivery time was 3 weeks, with a CV: interview ratio of 5:4. We successfully placed 10 out of 12 positions across France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain & Sweden. Job titles placed included COO, VP Procurement, Distribution Leader, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager Europe, Commercial Director, BD Manager, Global KAM and Country Manager.


4 of the 10 candidates have since received internal promotions, and the client was very happy with the value added by Morgan Latif and the talent brought into the business.
