The Situation
Our client is an industrial technology conglomerate focusing on product innovation, fast growth and is a high margin performance-based business.
They sought a professional, forward-thinking partner with outstanding industrial expertise and an understanding of high-quality candidates to support them in a growth phase as their previous supplier wasn’t able to provide candidates suiting their fast-paced culture.
Our Solution
Being German-based, a lot of the existing talent was coming from quite traditional German mid-sized companies and our client, which is an American conglomerate, acquired the business several years ago and is more of an international fast-paced performance style organisation. Therefore they were looking for new candidates who were more suited to this type of culture.
Our team took the approach to understand the DNA of the business through our knowledge of businesses with advanced manufacturing systems, and operating systems with the foundations of lean principals such as daily management, problem-solving, Kaizen etc.
The Outcome
We were able to quickly identify the culture and commit to supporting the client with every shortlist during the growth phase having at least 50% diverse leaders for the customer, focusing on the key KPI’s and providing talent with the right company DNA.
The client was very pleased with our approach and we have now placed candidates with both regional and global responsibility, from Senior Manager through to VP level.
We’ve also worked on several projects ranging from Global Key Account management, Sales and Business development, as well as supporting them with several leadership positions across various Operations and Engineering functions. We are proud to say 100% of our candidates still remain employed within the business.
