She co-created BBold a career and corporate consultancy with the mission to advance diversity and inclusion within the work place. They assist corporate in their diversity and inclusion program and women who are seeking to develop themselves, their careers and stand out in a competitive workplace. We discuss the challenges that women face particularly in the D&I space, from lack of self confidence to the art of self promotion.
