Dr. Carolina Kleebaur is an accredited and internationally active Executive Coach. Her aim is to support organizations, teams, and managers through transformational phases like corporate programs, change management initiatives or individual and/or professional development phases.
Carolina holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology. After her Master Studies in Sociology, Psychology, and Communication science, she started her career as a management consultant, i.e. at Roland Berger.
