After a career leading some of Fujitsu’s largest businesses within the UK latterly the public sector and transport business, Steven took his executive leadership experience and became Fujitsu’s first ever global ambassador for Diversity & Inclusion. We start off discussing the ED&I success factors, as well as a management approach or framework for implementation, especially relevant within large international organisations. We then look at ED&I from an employee lifecycle perspective, and also tackle some of the topics like conflict of interest and some of the challenges that businesses don’t always speak about.
