In this first episode, Oliver’s joined by Dietmar Dold, who discusses his recipe for a successful transformation – consisting of the three Ps – and the leadership skills required for successful implementation of this framework, especially when there is a high level of uncertainty and a lack of internal agreement, which is almost always the case in the types of transformation discussed, such as pivoting and adopting a new business model, or wide scale cultural change.

And on top of all of that, Dietmar was also a Germany double champion for both one and three meters springboard in the platform diving competition, competing at the same time as Jason Statham!
