This week in Season 2 Ep.9, liver Morgan – Co-Founder and Director of Morgan Latif – is joined by Dr. Reinhard Schiebeler to discuss his thoughts on leadership, especially the importance of servant leadership in today’s generation, culture and environment.
Reinhard is now CEO of Reinhard Schiebler Consulting, where he supports companies in critical situations, or to achieve top level results as an Interim Executive. Throughout his career, he worked in various countries including the USA, Russia, Switzerland, Philippines, Finland, Portugal, and Germany and has previously held various leadership positions in companies including Philip Morris, and Glatfelter, before his most recent role as interim CFO of SGL Carbon in Germany. He’s also an expert in operational excellence and building powerful leadership teams, and has a passion for supporting senior executives as a personal coach.
In our discussion, Reinhard is able to share some interesting examples on where leadership teams can fail, even if they have a solid foundation of continuous improvement.
