In this episode, Joel Richardson, Head of Commercial for Industry Technology Morgan Latif, is joined by Randal “Tiny” Smith, Ex Group Technical Officer at Project EV.
Randal led the electrification of JLR’s UK Retailer network and, as Head of UK Transformation, delivered up to 25% efficiency improvements and a 22-point boost in NPS scores. Randal went on to build a successful EV charging business from scratch as Managing Director and later, as COO of a blue-chip-backed EV charging company, established a nationwide installation and maintenance network.
Through his own consultancy company in the space, he has worked with international companies on multi-million £ and $ projects in the field of EV, EV Charging, Renewable and Green Energy arenas. Joel and Randal dive deep into the pressing challenges and the adoption of electric vehicles. Together, they explore strategies and approaches required to overcome these obstacles and achieve meaningful progress.
